BOIT Contest 2025

BOIT is an Italian-themed competition whose main theme is Bologna. For the competition launched in 2025, I was asked to depict the canals of Bologna and their history using the window in Via Piella, a small square window from which one of the canals can be seen, as a basic model. In my proposal, I wanted to create a symbiosis between the city and water, where the latter could flow freely through the narrow alleys and main streets, while the population continued their daily lives undisturbed.
